Variations on Surudago

Surudago I - The original recipe himself. A genetic beast who, through some feat, escapes his creators. Since I don't want two surudagos that look exactly the same, I think I may make the original look a bit more like his original concept, maybe even a bit goofy looking. [link] Kinda like the difference between showa godzilla and later incarnations. Personality wise, I'm considering two options. 1, he escapes and is raised by an old lady, giving him his reasons to protect humans. In this scenario he would eventually die and be replaced by his 'son'. 2, he would escape, grow big, and just go on a rampage (like the original Godzilla). In this case, it would be Junior being raised by the old lady. I'm leading toward scenario one, mainly so the audience can have more time with the first Suru.

Surudago II - The second main kaiju, II comes straight from Suru I. He will look like the standard Suru I've been drawing all along. If Suru I ends up being a good guy, then II will basically inherit his memories (more emotionally than anything), and pick up where I left off.

Anti-Surudago - Not a final name. I was messing around with a picture of Suru one day, and ended up with a color scheme similar to this one. I said to myself, 'this could be Suru's evil twin'. With that, the anti-surudago was born. I haven't come up with a good origin yet. I've mainly focused on making him look different from Suru (see my argument for not having two identical Suru's). Originally, I gave him larger arms, different head/fins, and more general bulk, which is shown in this picture. However, I've been thinking somewhere, and I came up with one doodle out of nowhere that I really liked. I was going to find a picture of something else for reference, but for the life of me I cannot find an animal similar to what I'm looking for. Anyway, the most current anti-surudago is a full quadruped, and he'll have a much more sloping back.
